A person shall not offer engineering services or practice engineering unless that person is registered in accordance with the Engineering Council Act
It is a legal violation for anyone to use the title 'Engineer' or 'Registered Engineering Practitioner' in Ghana without being officially licensed by the Council.
To ensure quality and safety, engineering practitioners are only permitted to provide services in areas where they have proven competence.
